Steel profile cutting

We cut profiles in full commercial bar lengths up to 12 metres — with no prior splitting of the material. We cut to length, cut holes and bevel edges in a single setup.

  • HEB 100–600 beams and HP 60–430 sections
  • Channels, angles and flat bars up to 400 × 35 mm
  • Straight cuts and mitre cuts at 45° and 60°

We accept DXF, DWG and STEP files — no conversion needed on your side.

Why 12 metres matters

A commercial bar is usually 12 metres long. A machine that takes shorter material forces the profile to be cut beforehand — an extra operation and extra waste on every cut.

  • The full bar goes onto the machine in one piece
  • We nest the components so that as little waste as possible remains
  • Holes and cut-outs are made in the same setup as cutting to length

Full machinery

Mitre cutting at 45° and 60°

For mitre cutting we have a separate machine — the semi-automatic MOST UE 530 DSA band saw. It cuts at 0°, 45° and 60°, to the left and to the right, as well as bundles of profiles stacked together.

Frame corners, bracing mitres and angled connections then need no trimming with a grinder on site — the component arrives cut at the right angle.

What else we do on a profile

Everything in a single setup — no moving material between workshops.

Cutting to length

One bar yields a complete set of components in the lengths given on the drawing.

Cut-outs and holes

Made in the same setup as cutting to length, with no separate drilling operation.

Complete set for prefabrication

Components cut to length, bevelled and marked — ready for assembly and welding at your site.

How to order profile cutting

From drawing to collection of the finished components.

  1. Drawing

You send a DXF, DWG or STEP file with lengths and angles.

  2. Quote in 24 h

We send back a price and confirm the machine slot.

  3. Cutting

Your material or ours — we agree on this at the quotation stage.

Frequently asked questions

How long a profile can you cut?

Up to 12 metres, i.e. full commercial bar lengths, with no prior splitting of the material.

What sections do you process?

HEB 100–600 beams, HP 60–430 sections, channels, angles, flat bars up to 400 × 35 mm and hollow sections.

Do you cut at an angle?

Yes. The band saw cuts at 0°, 45° and 60°, to the left and to the right. The CNC machine additionally bevels edges in 3D.

Do you cut aluminium profiles?

We work with carbon steel.

Can you cut holes in a profile?

Yes. Holes and cut-outs are made in the same setup as cutting to length.

Do you take on single pieces?

Yes, both single components and complete sets for a whole structure.

How much does it cost?

Every job is priced individually — the price depends on the section, length, number of cuts and quantity. We send the quote within 24 hours.
