CNC cutting services in Szczecin

We cut steel on CNC machines — plates, profiles, pipes and sections. The edge is bevelled in the same pass as the cut.

  • Plate cutting with plasma up to 40 mm and oxy-fuel torch up to 150 mm
  • Profile cutting in full bar lengths up to 12 metres
  • Edge bevelling — the part comes off the table weld-ready

We accept DXF, DWG and STEP files — no conversion needed on your side.

12 000 3 000 Detail — edge after bevelling 45° weld-ready

Schematic drawing: a plate on the full table, internal contours and an edge bevelled in the same pass.

The part comes off the table ready for welding

You send us the file, we cut the outer contour, holes and internal cut-outs, and bevel the edge in the same pass of the head.

  • Simple and complex contours, holes, internal cut-outs
  • Bevel at the specified angle, with no second operation
  • DXF, DWG and STEP files — we cut straight from your drawing

How bevelling works

The machines we cut on

A cutting machine for plates and pipes, a profile line and a saw for mitre cutting. The first two bevel the edge together with the cut.

Cutting machine

STIGAL PROMaster 3D

  • table 12 000 × 3 000 mm
  • plasma up to 40 mm
  • oxy-fuel torch up to 150 mm
  • pipes Ø 60–650 mm

A plate twice as long as a typical commercial sheet. The oxy-fuel torch reaches where lasers stop.

Plate cutting
45° up to 12 m

Profiles and sections

STIGAL MultiProfiler 3D

  • profiles up to 12 m
  • HEB 100–600
  • HP 60–430
  • flat bars up to 400 × 35 mm

Cutting to length, cut-outs and holes in a single setup — on the full bar, with no prior splitting.

Mitre cutting

MOST UE 530 DSA

  • 0° / 45° / 60°
  • Ø up to 530 mm
  • 700 × 335 mm
  • bundles 485 × 300 mm

Semi-automatic band saw. Cuts at an angle to the left and to the right, including bundles of profiles stacked together.

Who we cut for

We work for construction, shipbuilding and offshore. We take on single parts as well as projects running to several hundred hours of cutting — with the same repeatability.

Being close to the port and shipyards of Szczecin is no coincidence: marine and offshore structures call for thick plates, long profiles and weld-ready edges. That is exactly the range of our machines.

We work under the supervision of classification societies

Mirand Project Management operates in a field covered by approvals from the classification societies DNV, TÜV and RINA. For you this means that the components made here go into structures subject to survey — and that our processes have been checked by the bodies that carry out that survey.

DNV

Norwegian classification society. Scope of approval and certificate number — to be added.

TÜV

German certification body. Scope of approval and certificate number — to be added.

RINA

Italian classification society. Scope of approval and certificate number — to be added.

How we work together

  1. You send a drawing

We accept DXF, DWG and STEP files. The form takes attachments — there is no need to describe anything in the body of an e-mail.

  2. We quote within 24 hours

Together with the quote we confirm the machine slot. Every job is priced individually — it depends on the material, thickness, quantity and contour length.

  3. We cut

The material can be yours or ours — we agree on this at the quotation stage.

  4. You collect the finished components

Bevelled and ready for welding. Collection in Szczecin at ul. Antosiewicza 1.

Why us

  • Bevelling included in the cutting price The 3D head chamfers the edge in the same pass as the cut. You do not pay for a second operation and you do not lose a day grinding edges before welding.
  • A format our competitors do not have The 12 × 3 metre table takes a plate twice as long as a standard commercial sheet. Profiles go in as full bar lengths — there is no need to split them first.
  • Thick plates Laser cutting stops at around 20–25 mm. We cut with plasma up to 40 mm and with an oxy-fuel torch up to 150 mm.
  • One workshop, three technologies We cut plates, pipes and sections in-house on three machines — no subcontractors and no material shuttled from place to place.
  • Backed by a company established in 2007 Mirand CNC is the CNC cutting division of Mirand Project Management Sp. z o.o., operating in Szczecin since 2007.

Maximum steel thickness that can be cut

Laser cutting approx. 25 mm
Our plasma 40 mm
Our oxy-fuel torch 150 mm

Above this limit the enquiry comes to us — not to laser cutting companies.

Frequently asked questions

What file formats do you accept?

DXF, DWG and STEP. They can be uploaded directly in the quote form.

What is the maximum plate thickness?

Plasma up to 40 mm, oxy-fuel torch up to 150 mm. We choose the cutting process to suit the plate thickness.

How large a plate fits on the table?

Up to 12 000 × 3 000 mm.

How long a profile can you cut?

Up to 12 metres, i.e. full commercial bar lengths. We process HEB 100–600 beams, HP 60–430 sections, channels, angles, flat bars up to 400 × 35 mm and hollow sections.

Do you cut at an angle?

Yes. The band saw cuts at 0°, 45° and 60°, to the left and to the right. The CNC machines additionally bevel edges in 3D.

Are the edges prepared for welding?

Yes. Bevelling is done automatically together with the cut.

What material do you cut?

Carbon steel. The material can be supplied by you or by us — we agree on this at the quotation stage.

How much does it cost?

Every job is priced individually — the price depends on the material, thickness, contour length and quantity. We send the quote within 24 hours of receiving the drawing.

Where are you located?

Szczecin, Poland, ul. Antosiewicza 1. Open Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00.
