What speeds up the quote

Not everything is required — the more of this we have, the fewer questions we send back.

Drawing

DXF, DWG or STEP. We also accept PDF, but a vector file shortens the programming.

Material and thickness

Steel grade and plate thickness or profile section. If you do not have the material — we will let you know whether we can supply it.

Quantity

One piece or a batch — this changes the nesting of parts on the plate, and therefore the price.

Bevel angle

If the edge is to be prepared for welding — please mark the angle on the drawing.

Date needed by

We confirm the lead time together with the quote — it is easier to do knowing your deadline.

Intended use

Structure, repair, prototype — sometimes we can suggest a cheaper way of cutting the same part.

How long do I wait for a quote?

Up to 24 hours on working days from receipt of the drawing.

Is the quote chargeable?

No. The quote is free of charge and non-binding.

What files should I send?

Preferably DXF, DWG or STEP. We also accept PDF, although a vector file shortens the programming of the machine.

I do not have a drawing, only dimensions. What then?

Please describe the part in the form or call us — we will work out whether it can be done without documentation.

What does the price depend on?

On the material, thickness, contour length and quantity. Every job is priced individually.

Do you take on single pieces?

Yes, both single parts and projects running to several hundred hours of cutting.

Can I bring my own material?

Yes. The material can be supplied by you or by us — we agree on this at the quotation stage.
